I'm Latiqua Williams, widely recognized as a Master Educator, Clinical Director, and FUE Hair Restoration Specialist with more than 26 years of experience and 10,000+ hair restoration procedures performed. My career has been dedicated to helping women regain not only their hair, but their confidence—especially women of color navigating the unique challenges of textured and Type 4 hair loss.

“Before I was the clinician — I was the patient.
I have been dealing with alopecia since I was 18 years old. What began as a deeply personal struggle became the foundation of everything I do professionally. I never hid it. I used it. Every flare-up taught me something. Every treatment I tried — PRP, microneedling, laser cap therapy, and procedures in 2014 and 2015 — deepened my clinical knowledge and shaped my personal protocol.
In 2013, 2014, and 2017–2018, my alopecia was at its worst. I resorted to wigs for cover. I managed to regrow my hair, but faced another significant loss during the pandemic, followed by episodes in 2022, 2023, and the beginning of 2024. Each time, I came back. Each time, the protocol got stronger.

At a time when hair restoration was rarely discussed openly in communities like the Bronx, Latiqua Williams stepped in with clinical expertise, personal lived experience, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. She created a brand that felt both medically credible and deeply personal — a rare combination that set Exxclusive Hair Inc. apart from day one.
What began as a single specialist’s vision has grown into a full-spectrum hair restoration brand serving clients nationally, training the next generation of practitioners, and redefining what women of color deserve when it comes to their hair, their confidence, and their care.
